Job Type: part-time, flexible schedule
Pay: $24-$28 per hour, dependent on experience
Expected hours: 20 per week, 4 hours each weekday, no weekends
Location: North Seattle, Licton Springs
Transportation Access: Near light rail and major bus routes

Duties
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Support Business Manager with administrative tasks as-needed
- Operate office equipment, including computer, printer and phone
- Maintain client information and manage project communication
- Utilize computer systems for client communication and document organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as an office assistant or sales support
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving skills
- Strong computer literacy and aptitude
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic environment
- A commitment to providing exceptional client experience

- Proficient in Apple/Mac computer systems, MS Office, Google Workspace
